Do you collect office supplies from work?

    Doing something like that may not be good for both office owners and the people who are working there. And it can be breach of trust. So that's really unprofessional to use the office stuff for personal need. So not collecting such stuff is the way to go. I guess that's some things to consider as well.

    What I usually do is just take the free pens that are offered to the guests/visitors. I think they're called business pens because they have the business' name and number on it. Sometimes I get questioned for taking some and I just respond by telling them that I intend to share them with my friends so that the workplace will get some publicity.

    Sure I do. I work at a FedEx office and we've got tons of that stuff to borrow. Of course, it's prohibited, but...Who cares, the perks of working here should be used, shouldn't they? Last time I even managed to "grab" a moon lamp (something of that kind

    ) from my supervisor's desk. I wish you could see her face when she discovered the loss! She's a total disaster so I don't feel pangs of remorse anyway.
