For Christmas, my brother got my a juicer and have had a good time using it and really enjoying it. It's definetly something I can see using at least 3 times a week and Incorporate into my diet. He gave me a the "juice" recipe that he uses, but am looking for others to try. Currently, I use a carrots, lettuce, blueberries, cucumber and lemon. Any other tasty recipes would be greatly appreciated.
It really boils down on your purpose. There are many recipes that are available and that you can find, but aside from their flavour, they also depends on the purpose. If you are after for the cleansing, then you might want to consider the greens. But if you are after regeneration of your cells, for maintaining or achieving that beautiful, young-looking skin, then you might want to juice fruits. Juiced fruits also have more delicious flavour, at least for me.
