I recently signed up for Ebates and I was just wondering how many people use it. I saw a commercial for it and it sounds pretty good. I am finding that I don't buy enough to make much with the cash back. What has been other people's experience? I'm a stay at home mom, so any money saved is good.
I have used eBates before. It's pretty good! It really depends on how much you buy, and where you buy from. Some sites give you more cash-back than others. The amount changes often though, so if you have a purchase to make it might be worth waiting a few days so you can see if the cash-back rate goes up, or try looking at several websites to see which one has the best rate. The only problem I have with eBates is you have to have a minimum of $5.01 to cash out. I barely shop online anymore, but I have $3.69 sitting in my account! I really want to cash-out, but I'd have to buy something in order to have enough to get the money, and that doesn't make any sense.
I haven't tried eBates yet but if you're looking for similar rebate sites I can definitely vouch for FatWallet and Mr. Rebates. They're both honorable with a fast turn-around. I'm thinking you should have success with eBates since they're big enough as a company to have commercial advertisements.
