I was a Verizon Wireless customer for 10 years. I had a very expensive monthly bill and always paid my bill throughout the years and was never shut off. However, the one thing I noticed throughout the years is that if I had a problem with a defective device, it was "never their problem." It seems that they never really had any kind of customer loyalty and I just switched over to AT&T. I have found them to be a bit cheaper and offer more for their customers. What do you think, Verizon or AT&T?
