Actually, I don't have a vegetable garden before until I relocated to my current location now. The garden was planted by the formal occupants of the house. I realised that garden helps me to save money and time.

I have a nice kitchen garden out back and I like to grow all kinds of vegetables but its just for fun right now. I like to grow vegetables you can't find in stores though, because its like you are growing gourmet salad items-and some that I have grown that I like for summer salads are New Zealand Spinach-unlike spinach it will not bolt and loves hot summers. Also a great winter green to grow in the winter here in north florida is mache(salad green)-and this is big with french farmers and the taste is kind of sweet and slightly nutty. I like to grow french breakfast radishes also which are purple-red and bright white at the tip and they are great in omeletts.
