I've noticed yesterday that the coolant of my car has spilled at the bottom the car. It spilled out of the reserve. There are no leaks as the waterpump has been changed last weekend due to overheating. I returned the car to the mechanic and he said that the rubber of my radiator cap is already worn out. Could this really be the issue? Now I'm canvassing for a nice radiator cap that would fit my Toyota Corolla GLi. It's a 1996 model (yep it's old). Do you think that I could still find a radiator cap for my car? Will it stop the coolant from spilling out from the reserve?
