Which are the best and which ones have all the hidden charges? I've heard of JetBlue and Spirit and of a few others, but it would be good to know which ones are worth it and that do special deals. How budget are they and are they really much cheaper that the major carriers? Are they like the ones in Europe and have off-peak slots? Thanks in advance.
