Celestial Seasonings has this small bottled formula with great ingredients called Snooz, and I tell you it works great. It's like a sleeping pill in liquid form but it doesn't make you feel drugged or groggy the same way those chemical sleeping pills do. I'm not sure where to find them retail right now, but if you're having trouble sleeping and you don't like sleeping pills, give this a shot! Pun intended!
