I'm thinking it would be a good idea if insurance premiums drastically came down for drivers who install hands-free cell phone devices. Note, this action would save a lot of lives and insurance costs. In fact, some extremists might say it should be something required of drivers like car insurance. Do you think that idea is too extreme?
