I just recently found out that people collect and sale coupons on eBay. I have a friend who is an avid Kohls shopper. She collects all the $10 off coupons from mailers and newspapers. When she can not find them in this manner she surfs eBay buying the $10 savings for $2 or $3. Who knew this was happening? Do you think selling and buying coupons that you received for free is unethical or just a good saving tactic.
