Hey everybody. I am Mandi a frugal house wife from Louisville Kentucky. I love to share some of my couponing ideas with you all. Today I just want to talk about using coupons at Kroger. I think they have the best coupon policy. They will double up to .50$ and even double ones that say no doubling, because they are really just giving you a bonus in the same amount, thus not breaking any rules.
