I am considering getting my very first smart phone through Cricket Wireless. Their website shows that they have great coverage in my area and the surrounding region where I would be traveling and they have a couple of great reviews for my area. Does anyone have any experience with this company they would like to share? Since I've seen good reviews for them as far as coverage in my area, I'm particularly interested in customer service reviews anyone might have, or any issues they had with the company.
I was just about to start a thread about this. I too would be interested if anyone has this service. I know they are using the AT&T network since AT&T acquired the company. I have Net10 now, which also backbones on AT&T but if I switch to Cricket and do auto pay I would save another $10 a month. If the area your in is a big AT&T area you should be all right.
