Dell is offering some computers starting at $149.00. They are having a "Black Friday in July" sale. One of the computers for this price has an Intel processor and it's Windows 10. 32 Gb of storage is pretty low regardless of your specs. If you buy that hardware you soon will find the need of buying extra storage capacity like an external HDD or USB storage devices.
Yeah but I figure this would make a good start up computer or for those who can't afford one with more GB. I also was thinking about those who don't do a lot on their PC. I have friends who barely use it and don't want to pay for a really expensive computer.
