    I just saw this post, and even though it is quite old, it is something that I am now looking for. Has anyone found any deals like the above one for Michigan? I do not have any type of dental insurance and it is past time for my checkup. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has information on where to get discounts like the $39 one above, or anything close to it.
