The title of a dividend aristocrat varies a bit by the country, but in general it's accepted as 25 years of continuous dividend increases by a publicly listed company. These are obviously low risk (and this low reward) investments but if you are in it for the long term, they do present a very good opportunity for some stable and most of all, steadily growing income. Most of them are quite expensive for obvious reasons, but if the dividend increases have been done on a sustainable basis, these companies do provide you with a good investment opportunity for the long run.
