This is a site that you will want to sign up for their newsletter. They send one daily which is mainly free ebooks. There are a few that are low priced at $0.99 and one that is spotlighted at a reasonable price, though you might want to check out the booklending.com site to see if it can be borrowed. Prices can change at any time and I've found that it's best to check the options before midnight and grab the books I want.
