My favorite book is Teammates Matter by Alan Williams. I've read this book multiple times. It is an in depth look at what is like to be a walk on basketball player. The sacrifices it takes to make a college team and the relationships that come from being an invested member of a team. Williams does a great job of telling a compelling story and comparing situations to real world problems.
