Does anyone have any experience with this product? I was wondering if this is something that would be good to use to cover flooring that is outdated or just outright ugly? There are a lot of positives from my perspective. It costs about a dollar a square foot. It's a phthalate-free multilayered vinyl sheet. You just cut it to fit the area. Engineered fiberglass helps the material lie flat which makes the glue optional. The foam layer is mold and mildew resistant. I'm having a tough time seeing the negatives. Help!
