Hello all, since I don't have a cellphone... and don't feel like buying one and paying for minutes every month, I decided to do some digging around for a way to call people and get incoming calls free, so I searched the android market and found a app called "Pinger" I installed it and I am very satisfied with it, not only can you call others free but you can get free incoming calls, text messages free you also get voicemail and a FREE phone personal phone number! I decided to let you all know there is a way to call people free IF you have a android or Ipod or something of that nature. I THINK pinger is also available for desktop too but I am not sure...
My son uses textfree on his iPad. This appears to be from pinger, but I'm not sure. It looks like a different service, but many of the reviews on it seem to be about pinger. Does anyone know for sure? Both are available for desktop.
