Since 2005, they have hosted several of my blogs and last week, they discontinued the platform for good. The only alternative was to go to WordPress, which I have used as a guest blogger for other clients. Anyway, I asked the first techie to transfer my URL to the WP blog. He said this would take effect once the WP blog was up and running. Nope...that didn't happen. Then I called a couple of days later and the person gave me a really hard time. After two hours of waiting, they told me to email a screenshot because their instructions were not up to date with Firefox. Two strikes and I am ready to scream because my blog is now history. I wrote a complaint that their prices are low but the support is lower when it comes to common sense.
