Do you ever let your kids just experiment with (safe) things around The House and watch them play? I think it's great to see kids being curious and imaginative with how they can use everyday items. It's a great way to save money on toys too. Little ones can take a pot and a spoon and instantly become a "one man band." They can "drive off" in a cardboard box. They can make stacking puzzles with Tupperware or other storage containers. They even find fun things to do with the Lids. I have fun watching them creative with the simplest things, and I think it teaches them valuable lessons for later on in life. Everything can be used in more than one way, and you can save yourself a lot over time, by learning that lesson early.
