I've recently purchased an android phone (Galaxy s-4). I was exploring and downloading stuff with my phone, and suddenly it happened, my battery died on me! I was very pissed. And then I came across this customized battery for Galaxy S-4. But then my friend told me to just use power banks. But I don't know how it works. I am not sure if I can benefit from this.
Power banks are great and they work well for what they are needed for, but I'm guessing they are pretty much useless if your battery is broken. These are used mostly to charge gadgets and laptops, but not really used to serve as secondary batteries. They are exactly what the name describes them as which is a storage for power wherein you can plug your gadgets to charge them when needed, but like I said, if your battery is broken then I doubt you can make much use of the power you can get on power banks. I'd recommend just getting a replacement battery or if the item is under warranty then I'd highly recommend you trying to get the whole item replaced.
Power bank work by being charged and used later as backup. You can charge it using the same cable you use to charge your phone. It also has two outlets which means you can charge two phones at the same time.
