I absolutely love my KitchenAid mixer! I use it for everything now, even mixing my bread dough. It has so many different attachments and can be left safely to run while I do other things. I even use it to make homemade mayonnaise! Definitely a good investment.
Is it really worth the $200? I almost bought one on Black Friday and then talked myself out of it with the idea of I don't mix $200 worth! I use a mixer a couple times a month other than around the holidays. Have you started using the mixer more since you got this one?
I want one of these so bad. My mother had one and it was her favorite kitchen tool. Right now it's not very practical for me as I have a super tiny kitchen so it's not practical that way and they are pretty pricey. I'm not really sure I would use it enough to make it worth it.
