I've been using this for awhile and now am seeing commercials for it on tv. I highly recommend this. If you aren't familiar, Lumosity is a website that provides brain training via games. You register an account and can see your progress as you go. They have several paid membership programs but also offer a good number of games to play for free. The games are geared to different goals such as memory, speed or staying on task. My favorite game is Word Bubbles. The have math based games, speed games, memory games and others. You should try it out!
Thanks for that. I’m a big fan of cognitive training techniques to improve memory and creativity, both for myself and my children. I’ve just looked through the Lumosity website and will be signing up for their 3-day free trial to see how well it works for me.
