I have a Vizio 60 inch high definition smart TV. The speakers are located in the bottom of the TV in back. So, the sound (as in most flat screen TV's) is less than desirable. All sound reverberates against the wall, instead of into the room. Audio is terrible. So, I purchased a VIZIO S2920W-C0B 29-inch 2.0 High Definition Sound Bar with Bluetooth. I love it! I only needed the sound bar remote to set it up, and don't need it to watch DirecTV or Netflix. My remote control for DirecTV and Netflix work perfectly. The sound is awesome. I only wish I had purchased the sound bar shortly after I bought the TV a year ago, but someone who is an audiofile told me they don't work well.
