I just wanted to remind everyone not to give our their personal information out over the phone. I keep getting called by a 1-877 number and the operator always says that I had a credit card for Good Year tires. I never opened this account and when I notified the operator, she said, "Well, we can transfer you to our fraud dept." Then she started to ask me for my birthday and other info. I quickly asked her for a website or number I could reach her at and she gave me some other sketchy number. Well, I googled both and none link to Citibank or Citicards. Scam alert!
