There are three types of memorandums, namely; Objective writing, Advisory writing;and, Persuasive writing. so much of the work of a Lawyer depends on a well-researched and organized office memorandum. So it is very important that anyone who has to do such writings, do them well. The writing process commences with a question that is focused and refocused through research and analysis.
