As I was driving through our neighborhood I suddenly took notice to all the satellite dishes mounted on rooftops or planted in yards at almost every house which are mostly rentals. I wondered how property owners who rent incorporated that cost onto a new tenant or current tenant. It can't possibly add value to the property, could it?
