I kinda experience the same thing too when I'm using commercial shampoo's to wash my hair not just Pantene. I feel my hair is becoming thin everyday and so I stop using them, I just used bar soap instead. I also used coconut oil to restore and rejuvenate my hair. Now it's back to it's normal and I'm glad my hair recovers. Thanks for sharing.
I've used this brand before without a problem but I'm glad you brought this to our attention as I have a granddaughter who lives with me and I wouldn't like to put her at risk. I would think it was an allergic reaction as it doesn't happen to everyone but I think I would write to the manufacturer and let them know so that they could look into the ingredients they are using.
I never knew this about the Pantene products and thanks for the warning. Gets to show that even if a product is more expensive doesn't always mean it's better. I have seem these products getting advertised so often and I am surprised they still keep selling so much.
