It is not hard to get one, you just go to your paypal account and apply for the debit card, and within about a week it will come in the mail, and you can start using your paypal cash for anything.

I love the paypal debit card! I have had it for about two years now. I was very happy when they finally decided to get the debit it makes it a lot easier to get my money when I need it. I hated having to wait a week just to get my money put on my bank and now as soon as I get money in my paypal I transfer it to my paypal card and I have my money instantly! I would highly recommend the Paypal prepaid debit card if you are a big user of paypal than you def should get one.
