I have never heard of this product, and given your generous and great compliment i'll make sure to buy it the next time and give it a try.
We have both a cream and blocks based on zin phosphide. We are using both effectively. There are no kids around and our pet dog has no access to it. We keep the poison on top of the fridge or on window sills. The cream is applied on bananas. So far so good. But must say being an animal lover I just do not like this activity. Rats and mice are good looking and they have a right to live but not at the cost of what they are doing
