One can construct a simple solar heater by placing a water tank in the sun and covering it with a black polythene lining which would absorb the heat. Then make a hole in the middle of the polythene sheet to connect a pipe which empties into another tank. Steam travels through this pipe and condenses in the tank to provide hot water. This tank should be inside The House and should be properly insulated to keep the water hot into the cold night and morning when its likely to be used. This is a great way to cut on heating expenses.
