I too at one point suffered with extremely dry lips, because I am a diabetic and need constant daily care with my skin. I was just going to mention the olive oil treatment. I love this cheap remedy because it doesn't cost much to have healthy smooth lips. If you continue having problems, please check with your dermatologist for the right treatment.
