Maybe this is already possible, but I am not seeing it. It would be nice to be able to sort posts in the various categories by when the threads were started instead of by when they were most recently added to. I would rather address more current post than respond to an inquiry made two years ago. Another thing could be a "New Threads" button rather than just a "New posts" one.
On bottom of forum you can find Thread Display Option. You can sort from there. Here is a screenshot:
Thanks for the information - I figured it would be there somewhere but was looking at the top and not scrolling to the bottom apparently. I will make use of it now.
You can also sort by clicking new posts link. It will bring the new posts that have been posted recently. That way you can see from the number of days the thread has been active. This is just an alternative to what they have given you in the replies above.
