It is as cold as can be up here in the North today, we have had wind chill that is -19 degree's and I do not mind telling you that is pretty darn cold. On my way to work I had to stop at the gas station to get more windshield washer fluid. The salt kicking up from the road was awful, you could not see where you were going. The station had this windshield washer fluid I have never seen before, usually there some store brand that's usually blue and costs about $3 This stuff was orange, the label said it was special for sub zero weather. I have never seen anything like this, it was not any more expensive, is this something new? I was afraid to mix it with the blue one so I bought the blue one instead. Anyone ever use the orange one? Does it work?
It's safe to mix! And no, it's not really all that new, but it IS different. It's usually made by Rain-X and it has a special de-icer component to it....hence the subzero temperature bit on the label.
