In Metro Manila, we have the famed Banawe Street where you can buy any car part be it original or surplus. The street is lined with car shops for services and countless stores of Car Parts and accessories. Their specialty is the surplus parts that they sell cheap. Some of those parts are refurbished and some are real surplus from the factory’s production line. However, one car dealer’s salesman cautioned me in patronizing the stores in that street because there is a prevalence of fake parts. Hmm, that’s a good one because most car mechanics go to that place for car parts and car owners do not really know if the parts they get are genuine or fake.
@Alexandoy Actually, that's what reviews are for. That's why places like Amazon or eBay are always asking for reviews. Otherwise, there could be a good chance someone could get robbed blind. Anyway, do they have any place where these various dealers you mention can be reviewed? If not, a website reviewing them would be a good business opportunity.
