I have been thinking of creating a Paypal account. However I don't know which one would suit me the best. PayPal has explained the difference but I still don't get it clear. I would appreciate if someone explained it better to me.
I am on premier account. They upgrade to this account automatically once you start to get regular money from specific type of process. Like say earning freelance money or some get paid to money etc. So in such case you can see that they may upgrade. Basic money sending accounts remain at personal account level. That's what I have found out.
