Thanks for posting. I suffer from heartburn daily and haven't tried tums in this strength before. I try to avoid spicy dishes and greasy foods but they are so tasty and it is sometimes hard. I will have to try the sample and see if it helps better than the rolaids i am usually popping like candy everyday.
