I noticed that 2nd hand iPhones are sold very cheaply now over here, and it includes the complete set too. So I'm wondering which is the best older version of the iPhone to buy? I see iPhone 3G, 3GS, iPhone 4, and the iPhone 4S. Which is the best one to buy in your opinion? Because I heard that newer iPhones don't really offer much upgrades when they release a new model.
Im running iphone 4 atm. Gotta say it's amazing. I went thru 3g, 3gs and to 4. Did test a 4s, just not worth the difference, might as well get an iphone 5. IMO get a 4, if you can net the 32gb version then you're pretty much set for a couple of years
I couldn't imagine springing for an iPhone. They are just way too expensive in my opinion. Although, I think you can get the iPhone 4 for free with a contract now, so that might be something to look into. Other than that, I refuse to spend that kind of money on a phone.
I see, I only saw the 8 and 16 gb version in both models, so I'm already content with the 16 gb, I guess. I just bought an Android phone though, but I'll still be buying an iPhone if I have spare money.
Well I still liked the iPhone 3, OK it was the only version of the phone that I actually owned, but I've had a bit of a play on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 that my brother has had and they just didn't do it for me. I found them a bit too big for my liking.
The newest one, always. I still have the 4 though. I always want the newest one but don't buy them every year like some people do.
I don't really use iPhones, and by that I mean I've never owned one before. But I like the 5S (if I had to choose one), because it has the new iOS7, which looks really nice and comes with a 64-bit processor, which is pretty cool considering how small the phone is. Hopefully the iPhone 6 is more than just a new case.
You mean big in size? But I assume they're quite ok features wise, otherwise you would post your complain, right?
I suggest that you go for the iPhone 4 or 4s. They are surely the best of the old ones as they are the most recent of them. And with the recent ones, it is automatic that they are better than those they preceded. If there's not much difference, then I couldn't see any reason why you should hold back from taking the 4 or the 4s.
Well, my budget can only buy an iPhone 3G or 3GS, so I guess I would have to wait for the price of the iPhone 4 to be more lower. By the way, how many years does the battery of the iPhone last? From my experience, genuine batteries can last up to 2 and a half years even with daily use.
