At the moment I am travelling around Europe and camping a lot. I have got a cushioned camping mat and also an inflatable air mattress to alternate with as I have had back problems all my life and need to be careful with my spine. I admit I have had some difficult nights, but swimming usually irons out all my tense spots quickly. I am still looking for the "ultimate" camping mattress that will give me peace of mind and a good night's rest. Have you got any suggestions?
