So I just applied for the amex blue cash everyday card and I was told to wait 7-10 business days in order to get my decision. I have heard from lots of people that it's not good to just wait for a decision. Instead, it's better to call in the meantime and ask for a reconsideration. As many of you know, the reconsideration process isn't that easy. There are many different departments that handle these requests and often times, there may even be different tiers of the recon process. Can anyone who's gone through Amex's' recon process give some tips on how to do it successfully? Thanks.
