what's up with greendot?

    Greendot is undergoing a change, only reloadable Moneypacks now. Does anyone know just what's going on, seems that now they only sell reloadable debit cards, or is this something somehow different?

    What is greendot? I've never heard of it, do you mind explaining what greendot is and what it does?
