I always got my kids clothes at the thrift stores. And also garage sales can have great clothes for the kids. I always bought there clothes a size bigger. Because you are right they grow so fast. In our area we have a Target store. And last summer we just got a Marshalls. Also I do not know if you have one near you. But T.J. Maxs is a great store too. Burlington coat factory has clothes for children at lower prices as well. As far as Walmart and Kmart, if you catch them at the very end of the season they always have huge clearance sales on their clothes. So they can make room for the following season.
