Xbox LIVE turned 10 on Thursday and Microsoft is celebrating by giving away Wreckateer for free along with sales on other games plus other goodies. For those that don't know, Wreckateer is a Kinect-powered game similar to Angry Birds but from a third-person view. Players use motion controls to shoot special cannonballs at goblin-infested castles. You can pick up a free copy of Wreckateer now from Xbox LIVE. Gold members can also get half off on Castle Crashers, Battlefeld 1943, Fruit Ninja Kinect, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, Bastion, Peggle and Full House Poker. Xbox LIVE first launched on November 15, 2002 with support for online games on the original Xbox. The service saw many new features added with the release of the Xbox 360 and eventually a higher price. How many years have you subscribed to the service?
